About

Hi, I'm Cheree.
At Go Time Coaching & Advisory, I help leaders step out of autopilot and into action because when it comes to growth, performance, and real change, it’s go time.
I believe leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about curiosity, courage, and the willingness to look in the mirror. Whether you’re leading a team, an organization, or your own next chapter, I help you see the big picture, get unstuck, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with leaders at pivotal moments—new roles, growing teams, organizational change, or the quiet realization that what’s worked before isn’t working anymore.
I'm a seasoned leadership advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations around the world. I blend deep business acumen with coaching that’s refreshingly real. My background as a senior HR leader at global companies like NielsenIQ, Lubrizol, BP, and JP Morgan Chase means I've been in the room and know what it takes to lead when the pressure’s on.
No fluff. No corporate speak. Just honest conversations, practical strategies, and a healthy dose of humor to help you and your team break through what’s holding you back.
Because leadership isn’t a someday thing.
It’s a right now thing.
It’s Go Time.
Behind the Scenes

Before we start working together, you might like to know a bit about me.
My husband, Scott, and I spend most of the year in the Texas Hill Country, then head north each summer to escape the heat. Our son is finishing his senior year at Ohio State and will soon move to Minneapolis for his first real “grown-up” job. We're so proud!
As a family, we love to travel, explore new cultures, and learn about history, customs, and food. I’ve always loved Mark Twain’s line, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness,” and I’m grateful for every chance to put it into practice.
I’m happiest in the kitchen cooking a big meal for family and friends, or on the porch watching the deer and antelope live their best lives. I’m an old-school hip-hop fan who never turns down a dance floor. And if I’m ever in a coma, please play a few Key & Peele sketches and I’m confident I’ll snort-laugh my way back to consciousness.
